“...bad food/ cold food after 5h traveling We waited 1.5h for the driver in the morning. No private transfer to Luxor ...you have to go with the normal bus. The balloon flight was a disaster.... after 10 min flight was emergency landing and we went back to the hotel. We were not given any other option. We paid 340GBP for this. no refund ...nothing!!! After this we went back to Hurghada / with normal bus. i informed the guy from agency that we are 10 min from hurghada and i need the driver to the hotel.... answer 1.20h later. sooo...dont waste your money and time guys.”
