I paid for 1 dive each for me and my partner, but when we went and showed them the phone ticket, they said we haven’t got it included which we did as it says “1 introduction dive included” but they says no and if we want to do it, we have pay for for it which we did because why Tf won’t we as we are here for it. Anyways so we did the dive and they offered a 2nd dive which we did aswell. The food and drinks were really bad…”

I feel there should be a clear cut-off point for this — the company should call you directly and ask hotel staff to call your room, and if there’s no answer or no show after 5 minutes, the bus should leave. We then had to travel even further away from the marina to collect more people (all of whom weren’t on our trip), only to come back on ourselves, which felt unnecessary and poorly organised.
