“Our pick-up experience started off mixed: although the bus arrived a little early, which wasn’t a problem, we waited outside another hotel for around 20 minutes for additional passengers. I feel there should be a clear cut-off point for this — the company should call you directly and ask hotel staff to call your room, and if there’s no answer or no show after 5 minutes, the bus should leave. We then had to travel even further away from the marina to collect more people (all of whom weren’t on our trip), only to come back on ourselves, which felt unnecessary and poorly organised.
